I never really understood COMPLETELY what these things were. I will just tell you what I thought; just correct me if I am wrong.
Auto Strafe: On - Computer automatically puts you in the defensive stance when one on one situations vs the ball carrier?
Offense Catch Assist: On - Boosts your catching?
Defense Pass Assist: On - Boosts your interceptions?
