I just picked it up a few hours ago. I'm on ps2, but I'm pretty sure the game is exactly the same as xbox, minus some graphical differences. I've played around on it a little, and have to say the cpu AI is improved alot.

I'm going to start a franchise to do slider testing in, because I think the game plays a little differently in franchise than it does in play now mode. I'll be playing all-pro, because I hate the vision cone, and you have to use it in all-madden.

I don't get as much time to play as I'd like... I have a 7 month old daughter I take care of, but I'll do whatever I can to help come up with a decent set.
