I just made some changes now and played a game. I'm trying to tighten up defense on both CPU and User side. I did just get a 30-20 win over the Giants but no linemen had sacks and Jacobs had 170 yards. I'm thinking what I'm going to need to do is turn up tackling for the user and cpu and also turn up break block for user..I'm working on it now..

One problem is there a huge gains from missed tackles like in real football but too many of them cause huge big plays..and right now there are too many..

Yeah, I had the same things. I actually upped Break Blocks and Tackles to at leats 50 for both players. Played a little better. I also reduced CPU pass blk to default of 50 and started to see some sacks finally.

I forget what I am at now, once I change something I have to possibly adjust others. I'm going to play another game now and see..

I couldn't play the rest of the game due to prior engagements. I set CPU run blocking to 50 as well as user tackling at 50. Seemed to help stop the CPU running ability. User Break block was set to 50 as well and I did get 2 sacks in the first half...I'm going to have to test these more tonight..

I've tried these changes in a few preseaon games (after Stephen Jackson ran for 211 on in a half, including a 99 yarder with 5 broken tackles, errrr) and it seems to feel pretty good. I'll play some more before posting stats but these seem about right. I really settle on sliders more by feel than by stats and I think I'm getting there with these sliders.

I am still trying to find a good mix for the CPU run game. The tackle slider needs to be bumped on the Human side for sure..
