The sliders are saved to your profile, so when you start a Franchise with your profile although it may look like they didn't carry over they did. When you start a game make sure you use your profile. Once you get in the game, check your sliders and see if they are the way you set them.

Same problem here,
how can I have those sliders when I go into season mode?
