Noting the difference between NHL, and Madden sliders

This is interesting IMO. I also believe it shows the difference in a solid game, and one with way too many issues. I charted slider settings from NHL 10, and Madden 10, and its amazing at the difference in the disparity of the sliders. Take NHL, and check sliders for the same skill levels, and you will see the posted sliders from different testers do not have a wide range of differences. Take Madden, and check out sliders from testers using the same game speeds, and i believe you will notice a vast difference in the sliders posted. I know someone is going to say, we all play at different levels,and abilities. Well its the same for playing NHL, we all have different abilities on that game too. My point is, I think it shows how way off Madden really is in being a solid (not perfect) football video game. Hell, we can't even come close to agreeing on what threshold to use. Pathetic!

I agree, as someone who plays NHL 10 and tries to play madden? Patch made Madden go backwards, for example, I cannot stop running, no matter what I do with sliders I can run all day, put them at 0 for run block and break tackle and still rushing all day. Example of people bitch to much, think they are fixing the communities specific compliants, and it opens pandora's box. Madden sliders = broken.

NHL 10 is awesome.

In fact i've made very few slider tweaks in the game for myself.

Madden 10 is a very good game. I was having a blast playing once i stopped messing with the sliders weeks ago. Now i have to get charged up again sometime this weekend and see what's up with the new patch updates.............

I do feel Madden has improved, I just wish it was as solid as NHL10.
