Why are we moving the sliders to the left?

Maybe I am just confused but why does it say to move the sliders left to make it easier and to the right to make it harder? This is for the human costum sliders. So if I make the human pass acc 100 my acc will be way off? I notice it says at the bottom of the screen for the human custom setting move left to make it easier and right to make it harder. Am I missing something?

Main sliders:
Left = easier

Human Sub sliders:
Left = harder

CPU sliders:
Left = CPU plays worse in that area, so basically easier

can you explain the run vs pass sliders? im really confuse wit that

The Special Team sliders affect both Human and CPU, so it's going to be easier / harder for both sides.

There's two sets under the "Player Skill" tab, the top two dictate how easy/difficult it will be for you offensively, the bottom two are for defense. So moving everything to the left makes it easier and to the right makes it more difficult. Selecting each individual one brings up a second set of sliders that change the details that make up the final result, but they automatically change when you change the top one. I usually leave those alone, some guys who really want to customize their games will alter those too though.

im talking about the "run vs pass" under coach scheme

do i move to the left to make my offense run more than they pass or the other way around.

The closer the white part of the slider is to one word or another is which way the coach will lean.

Same with the positional sliders (for example, scrambler vs pocket for QBs) - if the white of the slider is closer to pocket, then they'll prefer pocket QBs
