Re: Link to Playmaker's Sliders... best 13 sliders yet

Tried something new WK3 against the Bears. I just pre-snapped "Pass" on every play and here are the stats...

Rams 34
Bears 38

Cutler: 112.2 rtg 21/29 307 yds 3td 2int
Forte: 24 att 119 yds 4.9 avg 1td 5 btk
Bush: 6 att 30 yds 5.0 avg 1td
Jeffery: 5 rec 117 yds 2td
Urlacher: 13 solo
Abdullah: 10 solo
1 sack 3 drops

Bradford: 90.2 rtg 20/33 238 yds 2td 1int
Jackson: 32 att 147 yds 4.5 avg 1td 2 btk
Amendola: 7 rec 77 yds 2td
Shockey: 6 rec 83 yds
Laurinaitis 10 solo
Mikell 7 solo
1 sack 2 drops

It was very hard stopping Forte with pre-snap "pass". Blockers blocked, Forte made good running decisions and fought for extra yards. Cutler was throwing bullets and deep balls all over. In the last 10 minutes we exchanged the lead 4 times. Was another amazing game of football. With no speed/big/great hands receivers I have to pass like Bradford does in real life: short!

Each game I keep enjoying Madden more and more. These sliders are working pretty much perfectly and now with the pre-snap "pass", the running is incredibly realistic. They even get to the outside!

Can you explain what you mean? Step by step

while you're on defense, hold down your left trigger (pre-snap) - you'll need to hurry. When you hold it down, you'll see some options:

down: run middle
left: run left
right: run right
up: pass

You don't need to raise the pass rush because it will have your defense cheat that direction. NOW: be very careful because if you choose incorrectly you could get burnt. But this helps to open up the running game if you select UP (pass). It also does this on NCAA football as well. Make good reads (pre-snap) and then use this as another adjustment for your defense. Make sense?

I don't see anywhere listed what his game speed or threshold is set at? I'm assuming its default.

Do you hold left trigger until the snap?

No... once you pick what you want just let it go. BUT, you might want to make sure you have the cpu offensive set read correctly, so this is the last adjustment I make, trying to do so pre-snap. Pick the wrong thing and you'll get killed (and you should).
