Special Teams TDs

Are you getting any or getting any scored against you? I want to examine the relationship of the sliders to the frequency of big plays or returns for TDs.

Please state your settings for special teams, threshold, and running game sliders. Please also include the level you are playing on.

I am not seeing any at all this year (saw a reasonable amount in M12) and would like to see what you guys are using for my own edification.

I am using a mix of jarodd21s blue and black sets with the penalty sliders from the thread about them affecting the gameplay.

I am the Seahawks and Leon Washington is a beast, I think I have 4 KR TD's in 5-6 games. 2 in one game. Seems to be consistent as I've done well in other seasons also.

I think that those penalty sliders really do something, can't really say what it is for sure. And combined with 0 threshhold makes for some big plays.

I was watching the canton greats play the canton greats and deion was running straight into the tacklers, head on against polamalou and the other greats.. it was rediculous.. I think it's related to rush reaction being at 0. At zero there is no point trying to juke a defender when they are all zeroed in on you.

Settings wise,

I prefer a high block shed - between 30 and 50. That way defenders ability to shed a block is delayed. AT zero the block shed ability is nearly instant which diminishes ratings. Not everyone is good at block shedding, some people have to back out of a block to shed it, others push the guy away, others spin etc. but at zero it is extremely hard to pancake a dude let alone delay his pursuit tot he ball carrier.

I also prefer the rush reaction time to be at least 25. Computer also needs enough break tackle to make their ball carry vision valid so you don't see guys like Deion running head on into a pack of wolves..

I know the nono's are

Do not jack up the pursuit ability of the defense
Do not jack up the block shed ability of the defense

How about blocked FG attempts or blocked punts?

Anyone see those?

Nah, I heard someone did using Quan's settings. Penalty sliders help with that.
