Hey Fiddy. Is the invisible players mainly just on PS3 or is it 360 too? I have the 360, but I dont have a computer or internet cant afford them lol Im doing this on my phone. I always get Madden and enjoy it every year had to pass last year cause couldnt get patches dont really wanna pass this year too. If its good though definitely using yours for Madden as well as NCAA probably NHL 14 if you have some there too lol.

This game was more interesting at the beginning. Neither team could do anything on offense, which is good considering how the last game went. Once again, the drops were an issue for the cpu team. There were 10 total drops and 7 of them were from one player. If it wasn't for all the drops, A. Dalton's stats (and maybe the game) would be much different.
For most of the first half, I was unable to do anything on offense. Everything changed after an interception returned for a touchdown followed by a punt return for a touchdown. An end of the first half drive resulted in a touchdown and there was no looking back afterwards. A. Dalton and the Bengals offense struggled mightily. If it wasn't a dropped pass it was a bad overthrow or just a plain old inaccurate pass. The Bengals running game got off to a good start, but became largely ineffective as the game wore on.
This game turned out better than I had expected. Issues that still lingered were the dropped passes by the cpu team and the lack of pass rush. Another surprising point were the number of penalties that were called (12 total for the game). as I'm writing this, I just saw that you suggested changing the penalty sliders back to default, which i'll do for the next game. I kind of liked seeing that there were penalties being called, even though most were the same ones.
One other thing I noticed is assists are being tracked, but only for my team. In the games that I've played, the cpu defense never gets assist. Have you or anyone else seen that happen?

special teams.. UGH! LOL. i dont understand, returning kicks and punts for HUGE gains or TD's is a mess. im at the point where im going to just super sim them.
yeah, i dunno what the deal is with the drops from the CPU. some games they are great, others not so much. this again is another fine line though. you move CPU WR Catch to 50, they dont drop nothing LOL. maybe try CPU QB ACC at 37 (down from 50) and bump CPU WR Catch to 50 (from 37). see if that helps out a bit.
penalties.. this is just me, but id rather see 0 of them called, then see 3 to 5 facemasks, and 3 to 5 holdings a game. i just dont get it, after all these years they cant just program random penalties being taken into the games. so frustrating, but what can ya do? the game seems to flow better with them all on default 50. for me at least.
i never even noticed the tackle assist issue. ill pay attention to it after the next game i play.
added a few notes at the bottom of the 1st post as well.
the season ticket just ended for me and Madden 25. i will not be picking this up for the Xbox 360. but i will be getting this at launch on my Xbox One.
keep posting box scores and results, as i will be following this thread as if i had the game. i love to see what combos using this scale guys come up with.

I've never been good at special teams, especially returning kicks or punts. Out of the several years I've been playing Madden, I only returned 2 or 3 punts for a touchdown. In the few games I played for Madden 25, I haven't seen many long returns either by the cpu or me. They do seem easier for me this year though.
