hello i am a starter in the NFL series. i would like to ask if setting the cpu skill sliders closer to 0 makes it easier for me? or setting the player skill slider to 100, makes it easier for passes to be completed?

i am really, really new to nfl. i only have a basic understanding of how real nfl works(passes, runs, defense and so on) so i'd like an easy setting to learn the basics. (dont laugh at me, but im getting trounced by the AI on rookie setting, my passes are never completed, and my runs always stopped) . it has gotten frustrating till the point i wanted to give up and walk away. (nflisnt popular in my country)

Can somebody help out on what's sliders? Is sliders about playing simulation football rules or what?
