I still don't understand why they let you control the whole team during games and not only your superstar. I know that it might get hella boring to be the kicker etc etc but at least it would be realistic instead of this.

I just wonder how much better the online features would have been if they focused on them instead of this the sims crap.

Maybe there is a Player Lock in there, so you could only control your position? I know there is a Player Lock feature in Madden 2005, but I don't know how it works (I've never messed with it).
