Anyone else dissapointed with the speed of the game?

I was playing the same game and NCAA is ok, I just like the pace of the game in Madden better IMO its more polished and is less over-the-top especially impact players.

Speaking for myself (I don't consider myself a 2ker just a guy who likes good football games) I think the speed is just right.

I'll let that broad generalization slide.....just this once though.

I like the speed of the game. One thing is inevitable...people buy Madden just to be able to complain. It is their right though but I will never understand all the people who hate Madden year in and year out but buy it on release night just to say they are returning it tomorrow...rent the damn thing or stick with NCAA

It is slower than NCAA but there is no slow down at all for me. With NCAA as soon as I hit the line of scrimmage the slow down was noticeable. With Madden it maintains a constant frame rate and feels alot smoohter.

I like the speed of NCAA better.

I could get used to Madden's speed pretty quickly (no pun intended) but it will be hard when I'm going back and forth between Madden and NCAA.

I agree with the initial poster. For some reason this version is slow as hell. I've played it some hours already and going back to the PC version of 2005 meant that I was unable to control anything because the speed on the PC version is about 2 times as fast.

On 2006, when Moss comes sprinting down the sidelines I feel like granny on her little 3 wheeled handicap scooter could overtake him with ease....
