You have to select 3 of the players from your roster before the regular season, and select "Name Team Captain"

Maybe one of these days Boller will be a proven leader, but not yet...Jonathan Ogden (Sorry if the spelling was wrong) would be a better choice, IMO.

I have a really young Defense(One starter over 30) and I dont know what to do with Alexander(Contract-wise hasnt panned out) so
