how in god's name do you renovate your stadium?!?!

Ever since madden has had an Owner Mode, There has always been this Stadium option to "renovate", which is ALWAYS blacked out so you can't select it. WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO RENOVATE YOUR STADIUM????

You can always renovate...unless you already have a state of the art stadium (custom) or are the JETS- since the Giants own the stadium. I think those are the problems, but there may be more. Try another team with an old stadium, like Miami-- hope this helps.

no, you can't always renovate...you can NEVER renovate. I tried with old stadiums like 49ers/Dolphins to see if that was it and the renovate option was greyed out every single time.

and you cannot be "in the red" in terms of finances at least that's how it was on 2005
