I've never broken a controller, I don't really get mad too often.

But, when I do..I yell "SERENITY NOW", it calms me right down.

Usually I just try and bottle it up and save all of the anger for the "Twist" maneuver, (PS2). While holding the controller twist back with the right hand and forward with the left, in an attempt to shatter the POS into a million pieces.

Others including slamming the controller to the ground and then proceed to drop "heel kicks" on to it.

Most of the time it's just a very load F***.

I scream out things all the time. Some real vulgar and salty stuff too, make a grown man blush. I broke a coffee table once with my fist during a game of madden. I also bit the cable out of a controller once. One time I got home late from work late and decided to play some Madden in my room next to my sleeping wife. I was playing a close game when she tried to cuddle with me and made me mess up. Oh man the things that came out of my mouth! I dropped the C word on her. Forget it man, It was on. Anyway, I try not to get so emotionally involved anymore. Thats the lesson I learned. That and never call a Puerto Rican woman the C word.

Every area except gaming....

I find myself just finishing a game saying absolutely nothing with the stone-face on after my player blows something, because if it aint that, I end up shelling out 20-50 dollars the following weekend for some accesory.
