I am the Ravens. At OLB, i have Adalius Thomas (86), Tommy Poley (84), and Peter Boulware (92). I have Kelly Gregg (86) and Dwan Edwards (74) at DT. At MLB, I have Ray Lewis (99) and Bart Scott (68)

Here is the trade I might do:

Boulware (92)
& Chris McAlister (97, $7M contract, only 1 year left on contract)

for

DT Marcus Stroud (96, locked up for 6 years)
and CB Mathis (86)

The way I see it, I don't need Boulware at all, and I need either another good DT or another good MLB (depending on whether I play a 4-3 or a 3-4). Mathis isn't much of a downgrade from McAlister, considering he's much cheaper and I have Samari Rolle (93) as my other CB anyway. What do you think?

i wouldnt do it only cuz im an offseason kinda guy... id wait to see what dt and cbs are out there after the year.. then u could still trade boulware after the season for a draft pick and a descent guy... especially if u r using the ncaa real draftees

realisticly that trade is to big to do duribg the season it just doesnt happen in the nfl like that.

as far as the deal is concerned its a fair trade maybe u add a 3rd or a 4th but For the age factor but whatever. shutdown cbs are harder to find than dts so its pretty fair

Jacksonville would never agree to any deal that they have to send Mathis away. They have found the closest thing to a shutdown DB in their system, and he's really young.

trade Mcallister for Dre Bly or someone good. And move Dan Cody to DE he is a 90

No way the Jags would ever trade Mathis with his speed and Stroud with his size and ability. Plus Mathis is from Jacksonville, he's a local hero. They need him to sell tickets. The Jags are loaded at LB too with Peterson, Ayodele, Favors, Smith and Wayne.

I'd try 4 Henderson instead of Stroud...
