hell why not get videos up of what they garnered their impressions from... that would help a lot.

these previews do nothing for me... videos of gameplay is where its at... we all know madden is a solid title every year.. but its the little things.

This is why you should never take reviews and previews too seriously...The only true way to tell is get the game yourself and try it out...It just doesn't make any sense whatsoever to get overly excited or overly discouraged on reports from the media or screenshots, videos etc...All of that stuff can be deceiving both for the good and bad.

Some of you guys just seem to dissect and psychoanalyze everything to an unrealistic degree...Chill out and wait for the game to drop...Play it then make your decision...Otherwise its the blind leading the blind. Not to mention that most of the complainers and whiners are 2k fanboys that are predisposed to hate.

LOL this is what im talking about ...WTF is going on ?? Well maybe the other impression thread was hating alittle. I mean the guy did complain about the controls being sloppy and the graphics being so so ...(in reference to the San Fran Event)

Video for what???...So people can just complain about more stuff...The videos really mean very little at this stage because nobody knows at what stage the video was captured and/or what features had been put in place so in real life EA id=s damned if they do and damned if they don't...

I wouldn't blame EA if they just didn't show anything until the game dropped...With the constant level of scrutiny that Madden and only Madden seems to be subject to it would be to their benefit just to let the fans, admirers, haters and 2k fanboys alike just wait until they complete the game. Too many people complain about the dumbest stuff because they do not have realistic expectations...

THANK YOU mike who...anyway, im getting tired of everyone bashing madden for what? ask youself that for what? game is not out yet they keep teasing us but you your dumb if you believe it, you see we have gotten 3 reviews that basically when you read btween the lines, the gameplay and graphics are not finished, now honestly i would rather trust myself, here is a good example, ign said that madden basically sucked when it came out this b/c of the passing cone and blah,blah, blah, but then once YOU started playing you got use to it and loved it, my point is just be patient and BE LUCKY that we are hearing something neg. or positive, and yes i think its mostly 2k fanboys waiting to pounce on any new madden ftg, (im not talkin bout all 2k fans but most), so with that said just take the reviews how you want and look at it this way, almost here and i know everyone is getting that itch so plz just be patient

mike, with the conflicting previews and opinions, almost a 180 turn within days, it just seems like a good idea to release something along with the claims.

No...not really...First of all and I'm not saying I have some level of intuition that others don't but...For me..I could give a rats azz about anyones review...The only review that matters to me is my own...So with that being said I do not care what is said be it good or bad about the game because I've been gaming long enough to know that there is no real way for me to know how the game plays until I get it myself.

Additionally, why would EA be concerned they have the #1 selling sports sim and it will assuredly be a #1 selling sports sim on the new consoles and specifically the Xbox 360...I think its great that they continue to show the game at varying stages cause as a consumer and Madden player I like seeing all of it...Its just that I can keep it all in perspective...meanwhile you have all these know it alls and 2k fanboys who do nothing but degrade the credibility of this fine forum by making all these ludicrous complaints in a negative manner...EA peeps alot of fan sites and I would not be suprised if they were on this forum and simply did not take alot of the stuff too seriously because there is a high ratio of 2k fanboys masquerading as if they really want to like the game when if=n fact all they are really doing is planning to hate on Madden no matter what...Its a funny excercise to watch as these guys moan and complain over virtually 3 minutes of video and some opinionated reviews all over a game thats not even out of the alpha build stage...How someone can have a handlle on the game at this stage...be it good or bad is beyond me.
