sm27 manifesto 2006

I have been participating in the 2006 manifesto work as much as I have been able. I know that work on this has ceased and that sm27 only gave his work to a few people. Is there anywhere one can go to get the work?

Thanks.

Re: sm27 manifesto 2006

I've been wondering the same thing. There was some work being done on maddenmannia.com by some guys named adembrowski and doctorhay (or something like that), they both said it didn't help that much, but it was the best they could do.

Here is a link to adembroski's best possible effort and though it isn't perfect, it is much better than default:

EDIT: Fixed Link

Re: sm27 manifesto 2006

I have the sim engine stuff, and it is pretty good. However, sm27 completed a spreadsheet with all the ReRates, a tournament file, and at least a partial roster file with the ReRates (or at least, that is what I have understood). That is what I am interested in, if anyone has it to share.

I find your ideas interesting, and would like to receive a brochure. (Can you tell us more?)

Re: sm27 manifesto 2006

I'd help, ONLY if you are sure you can do something about the lack of progression with QBs. I can live with the stats (except there are too many INTs, but I believe that has something to do with the QB play), but the lack of progression is inexcuseable, didn't anyone at EA notice that all of the young QBs never get better. I know I can progress my user-controlled QB, but what's the point if I'm playing in a league full of scrubs. I would be very interested in your ideas, but I don't know if anybody can fix this debacle.
