It was the video with the Eagles and Patriots in the Superbowl. The player models looked quite fat still. Not too impressed.

I bet you could get a Nintendo and Tecmo Super Bowl pretty cheap...are those player models better?

Thank god I grew up playing games like that so I'm in constant awe of present day gaming.

To let you know that was one of the first videos released. The game looks much better then that

I've seen many videos other than the one mentioned and I must say that they represent actual gameplay and that commercial is more like a cutscene. The "gameplay" videos look better IMO.

Pretty much. Its a pattern.......

1. Someone criticizes Madden or gives thier opinion in a reasonable way.
2. Maddenaniacs get upset and start attacking you with jabs that have nothing to do with the criticism of the game but more with thier dislike for you not thinking its the end all be all of football games.
3. More Maddenaniacs jump in on top of you, the thread becomes ugly.
4. Someone comes in and locks the thread.

I saw the commerical and was totally pumped even more for this game, it is going to be unreal and amazing. I know the haters will continue to guzzle gallons of hatorade, but thats all good. I liked how it moved and everything, and it had actual gameplay footage below the screen to begin. I know we are overly critical of games, but my girlfriend and her famil were like, wow, that is what you are talking about, and it blew their minds! I think Madden is the real deal, and will be the number 1 game on the 360!

If that was one of the first videos why did they use it in the commercial? Ever think of that. Also I'm not hating on the game I just wasn't that impressed
