Madden only a 2 player game

Nope. Current gen Madden was up to 4 players. I was a SS, and bothe nephews were LB's. We always had a blast playing together on same team.
I bet EA could have released Madden 360 with no online and only 1 player on a machine and someone would come to defend EA.

wow. This really sucks.
Some of the most fun I have EVER had gaming has been the past few months where there was myself and 2 friends on the same team in a Lions dynasty. 1 person is QB, 1 is RB, and other is FB/WR/TE. Defense is a blast too.

This is really bad, EA. In a project as huge as a next gen football title must be, its baffling to think they would leave something so simple out.

Whats next? Take away multi-player dynasties like MVP and NBA Live?
