Has anyone who has the game downloaded the demo? I ask this to see if the demo does the game justice, or should I rent the game before reaching my own verdict? I know the NBA Live demo had some framerate issues (even if it was still horrible) and it made the game look worse than it is.

I found the demo has less of a pause when you go to the play calling screen, this must be B/C it loads off the HD. So it is better than the game.

I was seriously underwhelmed with the demo, is that how the whole game is? I'm serioulsy not feeling the player models and gameplay. Maybe it's just me though, but I'm really glad I played that junk before I bought it.

I don't think you can judge this game by the demo. I know if its like live than you definetely can't. Live demo was horrible compared to the retali version. I thought the game sucked until I rented it, now I am thinking of buying it.

The player models were overhyped IMO. I was very dissappointed with the player models the first time played Madden, especially after playing NBA 2k6.
