take it to Wal-mart i think you get three returns a year without a receipt, has to be the same game. btw if your PS2 is damaged buy a new one from Wal-mart take it home, pull the serial code sticker off the bottom switch them out(old sticker on new/new sticker on old) take the damaged PS2 with the new sticker on it back, when they scan it will show that you just bought it recently, make sure you keep your receipt, then boom you have a new ps2. don't feel bad sony owes us all anyway. if you have the fat ps2, just forget everthiing I just said
