anyone having a problem in their franchise for madden 06 (360) when they play a game in their season and advance to the next one but no matter how many times you click sim on the other games, they wont sim?

Yes it is a well documented problem with the Jets. It is the updated roster that is the culprit. You have to use the default roster or play with the updated roster and turn off injuries for the first year of your franchise.
