XBOX 360 question regarding Madden 07?

I am pretty excited about the "Drills" in '07....But is there more than just the 40 yrd dash and the bench press...

It seems like they elude to more, but haven't actually named any other drills?

Yeah they've said there's like 6 or 7 i believe at least but i can't remember any either like you, i just think of the 40 yard dash and benchpress...

It just came to me that EA is just re-releasing these drills as if they were new.

I can't remember which Madden it was, maybe Madden 97, but the 40 yard dash and other drills were used in that game to create players.

9 years later EA is putting them back in the game like they were new, but they aren't. I enjoyed doing the drills in 97, so I will enjoy these as well.

EA is a victim of it's own success and hype. Meaning they need new marketing people because while we still buy thier products, they dont think we are as smart as they are. All EA would have to do is change how they talk about a feature and they wouldnt tick people off. For example the drills. If they stopped saying stuff like "we have a new feature called the drills, youll be able to bla bla bla" they say "This year we are bringing back the drills, bla bla bla" This way they admit that its old, but they also let the consumer know they care enough to think about bringing something back that we wish never was gone. - advertising jedi mind trick.
