Have they even stated that they were going to release a demo or is all this just wishful thinking?

i was at wal mart on tuesday the 15th and it said insert your memory card for the NFL Madden 07 demo...of course i didnt have it on me because who carries a memory card in there pocket.

Um arn't 360 memory cards 64 MB. And the demo would be anywhere from 500MB to 1 GB. Huh?

Yes, that link to xbox.com does state there will be one. Also, they mentioned this, "Expect a lot of surprise announcements during the month." I haven't seen many surprises. I was hoping it had to do with Live Anywhere.

I guess the "Surprise Announcement" is there will be no demo before launch!

The download at Wal Mart is an "exclusive" video clip you can download. No demo, at least at the one near me.
