Why I'm getting Madden (Xbox)
After much deliberation and uncertainty, I've decided to get Madden '07. Even though it's basically the same game as last year on the Xbox, I'm going to get it. Here's why:
1) I like playing online (main reason why I switched from the Cube to the Box last year) and I just re-upped my Live account, so I might as well get my money's worth. Otherwise I'm not going to use it until NBA 2k7 comes out.
2) I bought NFL 2k5 a few weeks ago and tried it out, thinking I would buy an Action Replay and use updated rosters. There are some cool aspects (ESPN presentation, gang tackling), but I like the gameplay on Madden better.
3) With the Circuit City deal ($37.99), it's only about $10 more for me to get Madden 07 instead of an Action Replay.
Maybe this message will help out anyone who's is still trying to decide.
