I dont bother with online gaming too much and i know ill get flamed for being a "noob" to stuff like this but how do patches work? Can we really expect a patch to fix fatigue? etc

Just connect to the internet,put the game in and it will say something like "There's an update available for this game" and then just DL it by selecting ok.
