Eight players rush for 2,000 or more yards in a season... Wow.

Several people have posted sim stats and Vick hasn't come close to that number EVER. On '06, he would rush for too many yards. I have always thought that post count didn't matter...maybe I need to re-think that.

not a problem on 360 version. I am assuming these issues are on xbox/ps2

I actually saw it last night, and was surprised since other people haven' been seeing it. I saw it with four. The top rusher was Warrick Dunn who had 2,088, followed by Clinton Portis with 2,076, and then Tiki Barber, and Shaun Alexander also broke the 2,000 yard mark. Additionally there were quite a lot of guys at 1,800, and 1,700. Does anyone know if this has to do with the quarter length you have the game set to?

There were "only" three when I simmed a season this time and far fewere 1,800+ guys after the 2,000 yard rushers but still...



Also, some of the interception numbers for QB's are just odd.

around this time of year, I just ignore sub 100 post counts...

I don't think we need to slam on people with low post counts.

The problem here is sample size. Sim one season, and there are 8 2000+ rushers? Pretty bloody unlikely ... though not impossible. records and trends are meant to be broken.

Sim 10 seasons, sim 20 ... if you still see 5 or more rushers topping two grand, then there's an issue.
