What does everyone do in practice when they lab? I was looking to come up with a Daily schedule.

I mainly work on pass protection against different fronts, what dumpoffs and hot route adjustments I should make against certain blitzes, and analylizing how certain route combinations stretch certain zone defenses.

One drill I saw for pass protection is where you call a pass play and then dont throw it. You sit in the pocket and give your o-line time to block. You see how long they can hold a block.

Yeah, I've been doing a little of that, too. Lately I've been practicing stepping up into the pocket before I throw. The pocket presence drill in mini-camp really pays off - Yesterday I sidestepped pressure from up the middle w/o having to think about it. I moved a little to the right, stepped up, and hit my TE on a post pattern for a TD. It felt real good.

probably because I only have the 360 version and have no clue what they are talking about.

I think, and could be mistaken, he's just talking about what you do when you practice. I guess the thing to call that today is "going to the lab".

As for me, I don't practice. I just play the game.
