i'm getting this all the time now and me XBoX is damn near new. any solutions? seems to only happen on EA Sports games. thx in advance...

i never close the disc drive with the button on the system. Always open it, putt madden in, make sure it is centered, and then close it on the xbox dashboard with your controller.

even if the game is already in, turn on the system by hitting eject, then follow though with the plan from above.

let me know if this works for you.
