The importance of Tackle rating for D-lineman
I noticed that when increasing a D-lineman's Tackle rating, his overall increases higher than with anything else, like strength, acceleration, ect. But I don't see tackle as being such a big deal unless the D-lineman is actually able to get his hands on the guy. Most 300+ guys in the game make the tackle 90% of the time it seems like anyway.
So why does Tackle have such an impact on the ovedrall rating, signifying that one player is better than the other as a D-lineman?
