Reason for no-alternate jersey downloads? (360)

Money back? uhhh no. EA isnt going to take a return of a three month old used game.

If you make enough noise, you get your money back on product that isn't delivered as advertised. Believe me, I've done it many times. The thing is that they advertised alt jerseys as being downloadable, and I'll bet that many people would have stuck with 06 if not for the promise of the alts.

Thats great in theory but I would like to see you try it. This isnt the return of a game a day or a week or even a month after the game was released. This is 3 mos after it was released and there isnt one person here who can rightfully say that downloadable jerseys was the sole reason you bought the game.

No company (publisher or retailer) in their right mind would give you a refund on a game 3 mos after u bought it.

There were 2 reasons I bought the game instead of continuing to play 06: CAP and Alt Jerseys. Seriously. CAP might as well not exist, it's so limiting, and Alt Jerseys - well, where are they?

By the way, I'm not talking about returning the game 3 months after I bought it. I'm talking about returning it when 08 comes out, when it's very obvious that they will definitely never release downloadable alts for the 07 game.

If you bought a piece of software because of an advertised feature, and you got it home and that feature wasn't in there, don't you think they owe your money back?

If this is the case, I could see no alternates in the current gen (PS2/XBOX) versions next year, just so EA could charge for them on the PS3 and 360. They'll say they did not include the alternates in the current gen, because they are transitioning all efforts towards next gen. Yeah!!!!
