I have a Wii and now that I can play it in progressive scan I wanted to see what "regular" controllong madden games are the best for the GC?

i've heard madden 2005 is good

I know this is somewhat of a delayed response, but Madden 2005 with the SM27 "Madden Manifesto" adjustments is IMO the best Madden for the "Cube. Just search the boards for the SM 27 Manifesto. You should still be able to download it and print it out. It requires a bit of work before and after each season, but I believe it produces the most realistic football simulation I have ever seen on a console.

I got 05, and it was pretty good, but then I got an XBox.
