In franchise mode how do you change the amount of minutes per quarter?

Sorry I realize this may be a foolish question but I just got the game and cannot see how to do this (I have the ps3 version, I assume the menus are the same as on the 360)

I pressed square to bring up the franchise menu, but in the setup screen there are only a few options which basically assign whether you want the CPU to sign free agents etc

I've found this menu system to be a bit frustrating, help is appreciated

Back out to the "main menu" under that settings tab, there should be options to change minutes per game as well as AI, controller config, rules, etc... When you go back to franchise, you should end up right where you left off.

Thanks I'll try it out, dont know why they made this require more navigation than it should have

well if that doesnt work i know for 360 under settings and then gameplay you can edit the qrt length there

Yea, that's it. I forgot there was one more menu item to go to.
