Looks like they finally fixed the player faces. I hated how the player faces looked in 06 and 07, pointy noses and all scrunched up and crap. Much better.

Ea nailed his face, but if they don't significantly improve the defense I won't even consider purchasing 08.

Yeah the face and general body likeliness is uncanny if you ask me, very well done.

However, has anyone else noticed the crowds look much worse? They don't even look like 3D models, but more like sprites.

It says it is the PS3 version - but I'm actually thinking this might be the PC version with (hopefully) a next gen player model upgrade as the crowds in 07 PC look just like that, and maybe to lower system specs (and lower the need to optimize the code for PC) they decided not to bring all the next gen visuals across.

Or maybe to enhance the framerate on the consoles they actually had to lower crowd/stadium quality *shrug*.

The middle Vince pic looks very good; nicely proportioned. Looks like they have Under Armour as an advertiser/sponsor also - not sure if they were in the game last year.
