Yes! Incorrect apostrophe use drives me crazy, too!

A good punctuation book to read is Eats, Shoots & Leaves. It's pretty entertaining to read and has a lot of useful information about correct punctuation usage. The poor apostrophe gets misused like crazy.

I'm also surprised when I hear someone who is well educated say, "I could care less." So, you do care then and it's possible for you to care less. The correct expression is, "I couldn't care less." That implies it's not possible for you to care any less than you already do.
