Playing for trophies online?

Can you risk trophies online? I know they had a risk gamerpoints feature or something but you could only do it on local head to head.

Does anyone know if the risk-a-trophy feature will be online too? Since I'm typically a decent player (101 wins 40ish losses in Madden 07), it'd be nice to have an added incentive for people to play those with a good record (since I've noticed once my wins get that high, a lot of people quit as soon as they join the select-a-team screen).

i'd like to know too, you'd think this would be a no-brainer but a lot of seemingly no-brainer things from the game don't work online so maybe not.

On the most recent Developers Interview on IGN, it was confirmed you can risk trophies on online games.
