Has anyone seen the CPU challenge a fumble?

I have yet to see the CPU challenge a fumble. I was playing a game where I was down 23-3 going into the 4th quarter. I ended up winning 24-23 because I returned a kickoff for a TD and I also recovered 2 fumbles and ran them back for TDs. Pretty funny because I watched the replay on both instances of the fumble and the CPU was clearly down, but the CPU never challenged.

Bizarre.

I haven't seen them challenge a thing yet. In fact in most of my games I usually end up challenging their fumbles because I feel guilty getting the ball when in fact the cpu fumbles and it actually wasn't a fumble. Every game I play at least one of my challenges is when they fumble and it shouldn't be a fumble.

From what i've read you will presently have to challenge the calls that are bad for the CPU. They do not challenge fumbles it appears. Hopefully will be addressed by a potential patch.

The only time I have seen a challenge by the CPU was when it was under 2 mins either before the half or at the end of the game.....but this happens by default per NFL rule.

I still havent seen any fumble challenged by the CPU after playing about a dozen or so complete games.

Thats what I figured.. but the one time that I did that, the play stood and I was charged a time out..lol

I have seen them challenge, and they were very good calls because I wouldn't have thought to do so at times.

The cpu does not challenge calls in the next gen version of Madden 08.
The only time a challenge will be made on a bad call against the cpu is in the final 2 minute of the half, which is called by the upstairs officals not the cpu.
