Youre scenario isnt applicable. The create a team is 47 steps to turn on a light switch when before it was less. A better analogy would be buying a house that has one light switch for the whole house and you have to run down stairs every time you want to the lights off or on. I think a lot of people would call it ******** to build a house that way.

And the word is not synonymous with dumb. Retarted is an offensive term for people with developmental diabilities. Dumb is for people who don't have an excuse. Whether or not you ave a problem with using the word ********, realize that others do, and try to be considerate.

Actually I'd disagree with this analogy. If you're comparing the create a team to wiring a house, you would have the ability to wire the house to one light switch or you could wire it in a much more intricate way with motion sensors in one room and the light dial in another and switch in a third. If you're comparing the two, its like making a mistake in the bedroom on the second floor and not being able to repair it but instead having to rewire the house again.
