Turn Fatigue OFF and it will fix the turnovers problems you are seeing.

So if we "break" the game, that "fixes" it?

I mean, we were all pissed off last year when fatigue was broken - now in order to fix another problem we must manally break a different option?

BUT yes turning fatigue off will fix problem.
