A little beef with Create-A-Team
I really like the create a team feature this year...the stadiums look pretty cool, and there are a bunch of different combos with the uniforms that I have been able to get that look nice. I like the way that the color pallette is a RGB system for color, so I can just go to my computer and get the color value of what I need, and then just go to the game and enter it...however, there are a couple of areas that surely need fixed.......
1. MORE LOGOS. This has been discussed before, but I love the primary and alternate logos that are there, but we need more variety!
2. WHY CANT WE EDIT A TEAM ONCE WE HAVE SAVED IT??!??!?!!??!?!?!
But here is my biggest gripe. In last gen, you could create a team, and use the entire roster of another team if I wanted. So let's say I wanted to replace the Browns with an updated uniform for the Browns. I could just go in, select all of their players with a "fantasy team" and go on my merry way. That way in franchise, I don't have any CPU created guys. On the 360, you can sort of do this, but it is more time consuming. You can't sort guys by which team they currently play on, so you have to write down the entire roster ahead of time, which to me, is not a huge deal. The problem is, the game will only allow you to select a certain amount of players, and it doesn't tell you how many. Once you fill all of your positions with the minimum amount of players, you can only add another handful of guys before it comes up and says "fantasy draft complete". I got done with my draft, and still had 5 or 6 browns I needed to add.
I really think that needs looked at, or at least if you choose a custom generic roster, place the team you replace into the free agent pool.
Thoughts?
