like for the skins i used to be able to set randle el at running back and chris cooley at reciever on the ps2 version does 360 not let you do that or am i just blind?

Nope buddy you aren't blind. You can't change anything except the depth chart. Pretty key feature missing for a football game wouldn't you say.
