360 Madden freezes up often so I don't think it makes to much of a difference.

Re: Does the 360 madden get alot of DDE?

I have found that if you turn on your system first with the disc out, and then put it in, it has much much much fewer disc errors. In fact, since I started doing this, I have never gotten one, and I have left my 360 on all day at times paused on a game (I know I am taking a risk and may burn my house down). Someone else gave me this advice about NCAA 08 and that worked as well. Don't understand it though. The 360 version is definitely better with 60fps and better color (at least on my TV).

Re: Does the 360 madden get alot of DDE?

Mine has not frozen any at all since the 1st patch. That is one of the things it addressed. There is however still some more glitches that need fixed in the 360 version, they are supposed to release a 2nd patch to fix some of them, not sure when it will be ready and what all it will fix though. I have been keeping an eye on the thread at the official Madden site, there was a rep keeping people updated for a little while, but he/she has not said anything in about 2 weeks now. Who knows, we may never get it now.

Btw, I always leave whatever game I am currently playing in the system. I have it set to go to the dashboard when booting the system. The only time I ever take a game out is if I want to play another retail game, and as I said, mine has not frozen at all since the patch. It had frozen several times prior to the patch.

it is a bad practice to leave disc in any game system. You should always remove games when done.
