Was there anything that you liked better in '07 than in '08 (360)?

The worst feature in 07 was the evening shadows in the stadiums,they were too dark. 08 gang tackling is pretty cool but like most posters the turnovers kills 08 for me.

One thing that is annoying in '07 is the lack of player editing...I can't even edit their numbers. If a players original number is already taken on your team and u sign him, he could end up as having the number "0"...and that's really annoying. But oh well. I have a 360 and loved APF...but over time, I just got bored with it as a single player game. That game just doesn't offer much without a franchise mode. NFL 2k5 was probably my 2nd fav game of all time (CH 2k7 is still my favorite).

Im more of a online player myself. I also like playing single games against the CPU. I do have a franchise in Madden but Im still in my first season. Turnovers dont seem that bad for me. it is just that every once in a while we will have a 6 fumble game and if that happens I just restart it. But I heard about APF 2K8 on sale for 12 dollars and if you didnt like madden I would recomend that over m07.No Franchise but the on feild gamplay is better then M07 and M08.

oNLY THING i LIKED for 2007 was that they got the Browns Uniforms correct..Atleast the regular uniforms..This brown pants stuff sucks...Wheres the white on white.

I just recently purchased Madden 07 for the PC for the $10.00. You're not able to play cpu/cpu games with 08 (360) except for having to call every play manually. I like watching games also.

That's exactly what I just did, too. Downloaded an '08 roster and franchise file, used a 3rd party editor to tweak the player and coach ratings to what I felt were realistic and am loving it.
