Training
Does training a player actually increase their ratings, or is that only for that game?
In my Patriots franchise I have trained Chad Jackson up, in the training menu his rating increased from 73 to 75, put his rating in the roster menu stays unchanged. Then, I simmed the rest of the season, and at the end of the season he was still a 73.
Is there any long term reason to train players or is it only temporary?
