It's not that I want to disrespect Barber at all. His Toughness should be a 99, he should almost always fall forward for yardage and take atleast 2 people to bring him down. But to me trucking is big backs like Jacobs and Ron Dayne running downhill. Barber is a great back who is tough as hell but a 99 trucking? I really don't like that, but I also won't edit the rosters because I really don't care once I get the game. But since it is June I can mention some things that I have issues with.

It looks like mid 4.4s equates to roughly 92 speed. Forte ran a 4.45 at the combine and i see where Barber ran 4.44 and 4.49. I did read in another forum that there is a big difference between a 90 and a 95... we will just have to wait and see. All I know is this... Benson is goin to the bench when I play with my Bears!!!!!!!!!

I figured Ray Rice would having higher stiff arm and acceleration with lower catching.

Hester at 88 speed is mind boggling.

Agreed, they have 4.62 equaling 88.(Tim Hightower runs 4.62 and has 88) I think 4.62 should equal 78

Thats how I think the speeds should be tuned. That way there is almost never a 99 and you can really tell a difference between Felix Jones and Jonathan Stewart.

Whats funny and also sad at the same time is that last year when importing draft classes, McFadden went from like a 96 SPD in NCAA to an 88 sometimes in Madden. And now here he is at a 97. I dont know why this years crop of rookies isnt taking a speed hit but future draft classes (ie those imported from NCAA) are. Its kind of dumb.

Considering how generous Madden has been with rookie ratings in various categories I'm surprised this isn't at about an 82. I'd be satisfied with something between 78-82 considering he is a rookie and one could argue his vision isn't as good as other NFL runningbacks. Then again only time will tell. Also looking at Willie Parker's catch rating I'd say that 75 is lower than what it should be. Larry Johnson is rated WAY too high considering he spent a majority of last season hurt. I'm surprised Reggie Bush hasn't went down to the low 80's considering he hasn't really done anything in the NFL since being drafted.
