I'm pretty sure it is at 720p at 60 FPS. Making it at 1080p at 60 FPS this generation would be very difficult; however, the Xbox 360 will convert it to 1080p.

As far as the PS3, I don't recall seeing a EA game that is able to run at 1080p on the PS3 yet.
