To Ian and the Madden 09 team

If you give great customer service, the customer may tell 5 people. If you give bad service, they will tell a 1,000. Over the last several years I have not been happy with the product that's been released by the Madden team and was not shy to talk about it. I know I'm not supposed to have the game early(LOL!) but I can honestly say that I really feel that you guys have really brought it together this year for the next gen. I can't go back to playing it on the PS2 anymore. If you look all over the forums it is mostly about disappointments or glitches. I just wanted to do something different and actually tell you guys thank you. Thanks for all of the hard work and the continued efforts you are putting in to make this game a success.

Yea, I love how everyone runs to the cliff as soon as one minor glitch is found. Sure I'm disappointed but the word game-killer is used far too often in this forum and many. I love it when people won't buy a game because of minor things. Well they say it but probably do anyway. I for one am psyched for the CE. Although, I'm so high on head coach I think it may get more playing time for now.

I'm glad to see that others feel the same. Let's keep this thread all positive. If you are not saying thank you, post in the bugs/glitches thread or another post. I would like for the guys at EA to have something positive to refer to when they start getting hammered with complaints.

I liked the other thread better which was closed. But hey, why criticize a game that barely changes on a year to year basis. I will say that Madden 09 is better than 08, but not a whole lot better.
