Have They Removed The Pre-Game Intros?

The tunnel just looks as if it disappears when the game starts?

Yes the intros are gone. I thought they sucked because they only introed the top players and that isnt realistic. I want EA to bring them back but do it right. They need to intro the entire defense or offense.

I never liked them. I agree with the previous post that enire offenses/defenses should be introduced...not just "weapons"

I want to see a huddle in the locker room with the coach in the middle hyping up the players while players are on a knee listening to the coach,etc Getting ankles taped up by team staff,etc .. then players walking out the tunnel onto the fields hearing the sound of their cleats walking on the cement,etc..stuff like that and not every time it be exactly the same.. mix it up with various intro's,etc.. bring madden to life!!! Stuff like that would be rock'n!!!!

Here is my Idea for the Pre-Game. Start the game off the way they did this year with the Stadium, that is Awesome. But instead of that stupid Coin flip screen have players warming up with Stats and all that good stuff. The Coin Flip screen should not be the main pregame highlight, it never is in real life, lower that screen to the bottom left or right. Make it visible but it shouldnt be the pregame highlight.

The Pregame doesnt have to be all the long either, just show a few players warming up, Maybe a QB throwing a few balls or a RB or WR running. Madden on the PS2 hit it right on the head, i had no complaints with that at all.

Thats not bad..i could dig that myself too man. You know what EA could do which would be very cool is post an input thread and all of us could give them some idea's and they could use that to use in 2010 madden.

Regardless..all i want is some cool intro's... as you said the outside cam of the stadium they do in 09 is great but more is needed and more variations is needed. My point is, what ever they do add, make many diffrent sequences for diffrent games..using the same intro each time would get old very fast..this is why im stressing to mix it up..mix it up enough and it wont get old so fast. NFL2k5 mixed up their ingame cut scenes so much that it really didnt get old until months months later...

So hopefully the Madden dev's see this post and take note of it and as i said, your idea sound great too.
