No sir, you are correct. Its come in a really nice 3 disc boxset.

I normally don't spend the extra 30 bucks for a collectors edition. But I decided to go for it with 09, mainly because I want to give Head Coach a try. I've never played a Head Coach game, so it's going to be a learning experience for me, and if the team has not fired me half way through preseason I'll be surprised.

Wow!! Thanks everyone for some great replies! This is exactly the info I was looking for!!

I've decided... I will get the CE.

Time is always a factor. I don't have kids but I work in Industrial Machine components sales and put in TOO many hours! But I am a die hard football fan. I also start looking at fantasy a lot earlier than the average person. I think HC might be what I've been missing from Madden for years!

Trust me, you won't regret it. I have the guide and I still can't decide on what team I want to do it with. I'm a Cowboys and Saints fan, so I might want to be the Cowboys and hopefully get them their first playoff win or be the Saints and get them to their first super bowl, or be another team that may be missing one key piece. I'm actually more excited about Head Coach than I am Madden after reading everything about them both. I love them both though cuz I can do my fantasy draft franchise in madden and then have the normal team in Head Coach

I'm buying it, but then I was suckered into buying Head Coach last year. Which had just as much if not more hype, and ended up being a complete joke. I literally couldn't get through one season. Worst game I've EVER played and I enjoy football and the off field managing stuff. It was just obviously rushed and done half ***. The fact they dropped the price after a month really made me wonder if they knew it and simply wanted to take advantage of the name. This year looks better but, well, I'm on the fence with EA, a lot of the slack they get because of their name, and the exclusive license. At some point they'll have to get their **** together...if they even want to.
